Srihari is a Passionate Guitarist, Performer, Singer and an amazing teacher! Though he has a background in pharma industry, his passion towards Music drew him to become a Guitarist. Music is an integral part of his life since he hails from a family of Musicians! He had his training in Western Music from his brother Ramesh Somalingam, a Veteran Guitarist in Chennai. He also explored various techniques and methods to equip himself and exceled in Wester Music theory!!
He has been teaching Guitar for more than 5 years and have taught for many students across the globe. He has developed his own method for teaching students of different levels! His direction of lessons are more interactive so that the students can accomplish their goals! He teaches both in person and online. According to him, the 3 key things for successful lesson are Practice, Fun and Committment!!
He, along with friends formed a Live Musical Band based out of Cary, North Carolina. He performed in different settings like stage performance, Live events in Online Platforms and Solo covers!!!
